Cancellation Terms

  1. Up to 7 days before the activity date: 50% refund on deposit or balance (net of payment fees) or date change;
  2. Within 7 days before the activity: no refund or date change;
  3. In case of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances: full refund (net of payment fees) or date change;
  4. No-show: no refund provided.

E-BIKE ACTIVITIES

Cancellation Terms

  2. Within 7 days before the rental: no refund or date change;
  3. In case of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances: issuance of a voucher equal to the total value of the rental or date change;
  4. No-show: no refund provided.

HOSTEL

Cancellation Terms

  1. Non-refundable, date change possible up to 15 days before the check-in date.

VOUCHERS

Cancellation Terms

  1. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are transferable, non-refundable, and are automatically renewed upon expiration for an additional 12 months with a loss of €10 in value.

GIFT CARDS

Cancellation Terms

  1. Our Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, are transferable, non-refundable, and non-extendable.
